Business Development Manager (Commission)

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for sales activities and meeting monthly performance goals.
• Conduct lead generation, arrange meetings, and follow up on client needs.
• Develop, obtain approval, and implement a sales plan to meet individual and business quotas and targets.
• Collaborate with the Presales consultant, production, and administration teams to achieve customer satisfaction, generate gross profit, and achieve long-term business goals.
• Deliver sales presentations and tendering
• Identify and pursue opportunities in a proactive, ethical, and profitable manner.
• Prepare quotations.
• Stay updated with news related to our client segment, competitors, and relevant AV technology.
• Maintain regular contact with clients, solicit feedback, and assist in managing any issues that arise.
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with manufacturers.
• Perform satisfaction checks and solicit referrals.
• Provide solicited feedback to the management team to improve service quality.

Work Experience Requirements:

• 5 years of work experience in sales, preferably in business development.
• Solid track record in developing new business and acquiring new logos.
• Some experience in complex AV solutions/deals is preferred.
• Experience in real estate or commercial interior design selling is welcome.
