Human Capital Management & Administration - Assistant / Clerk

Responsibilities

• Handle full spectrum of the recruitment process from job advertisement posting to offering.
• Participate in job fairs, student trainee programs and other recruitment related activities.
• Work closely with department heads to understand their recruitment needs and requirements.
• Conduct staff orientation and handle on-boarding process.
• Prepare HR reports and analysis timely and accurately.
• Provide administrative support to the HR & Admin team as required.
• Assist in ad hoc projects as required.

Requirements

• Higher Diploma or above in Human Resources Management or related disciplines.
• At least 1 year of solid experience in a sizable organization (preferably in the fitting out, building & construction, or engineering industry). Candidates with less experience will be considered for a Clerk position.
• Good knowledge in Employment Ordinance will be an advantage.
• Proficiency in PowerPoint, MS Word, Excel and Chinese word processing.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fresh graduates are welcome.
• Immediate available is preferred.
