Senior Sales Assistant

Key Responsibilities

- Provide outstanding customer service, greeting and assisting customers with enthusiasm.

- Maintain knowledge of the latest collections, trends, and promotions.

- Support daily store operations, including cash handling, fitting room management, and stock replenishment.

- Ensure the sales floor is tidy, well-stocked, and visually appealing at all times.

- Achieve personal and store sales targets and KPIs.

- Handle customer queries, exchanges, and returns professionally and efficiently.

- Collaborate with team members to create a positive and energetic environment.

- Follow all company policies, procedures, and health & safety guidelines.

Requirements

- Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus but not essential.

- Passion for fashion and a keen eye for style.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

- Positive attitude, team spirit, and willingness to learn.

- Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
