Sales manager

Job Responsibilities

1. Recruit and build a sales team in accordance with company requirements, and lead the team to achieve sales targets.
2. Decompose sales tasks, manage the team's daily work, and implement process KPIs.
3. Conduct visits to key clients in the region and maintain client relationships.
4. Drive team culture building and enhance the team's operational capability.

Job Requirements

1. Prior experience in internet, catering software sales, or the catering industry is preferred.
2. At least 5 years of B2B direct sales experience and 3 years of team management experience.
3. Proactive, responsible, and ambitious; possess excellent communication and management skills, as well as strong pressure resistance.
