Customer Service Officer - Full Time / Part Time (Korean Wedding Photography)

We worked with Jeju Travel Organization (濟州觀光公社) (2018-2019) and Jeju Air (濟州航空) to promote Korea and Hong Kong wedding photo shooting industry, we are now looking for Customer Service Officer - Full Time / Part Time for expansion of our service.

What you'll be doing?

• Handle customer inquiries through online platform or phone
• Provide consultations to promote our services to customers
• Communicate with customers to plan & arrange Korea & Hong Kong photo shooting
• Post-shooting coordination, including liaising with customers and Korean photographers and crew members to follow up photo related issues, manage albums and frames production

Who are we looking for?

• Minimum 2 years work experience
• Experience in CS / SALES / wedding industry will be an advantage
• Good in written and spoken Chinese and English
• Proficiency in Korean will be an advantage
• Excellent in communication and presentation skills
• With Well-organized, attention to details & responsible
• Able to solve problem flexibly & independently
