製造工程師/技術員（SMT生產）Manufacturing Engineer/technician (SMT production)

主要職責 Job Content:

·         設置、校準並維護焊膏印刷機、SPI、SMT貼片機、回流焊爐、AOI 及其他相關生產設備

·         維護並排除生產及測試設備的故障，確保設備維持最佳性能

·         通過繪製圖紙並協助量產前的設定，支持新產品順利導入

·         分析並解決設備問題，最大限度減少停機時間，提升生產效率

·         培訓操作員，推動現場的持續工藝改進

·         定義工藝參數，編寫作業指導書，以支援量產需求

·         持續優化 SMT 工藝流程，積極參與品質改進專案

·      Set up, calibrate, and maintain solder paste printers, SPI, SMT mounters, reflow ovens, AOI, and other related SMT equipment

·      Maintain and troubleshoot production and test equipment to ensure optimal performance

·      Help launch new products by preparing drawings and supporting mass production setup

·      Analyze and resolve equipment issues to minimize downtime and improve production efficiency

·      Train operators and support continuous process improvement

·      Define process parameters and develop work instruction to support mass production

·      Continuously optimize SMT processes and contribute to quality improvement initiatives

入職條件 Requirements:

·         具備至少3年電子製造生產行業經驗

·         熟悉各類設備的程式設計與調試；具備錫膏印刷機及貼片機程式設計、調試和維護經驗者優先考慮

·         粵語流利及具備一般普通話，英語溝通能力者優先

·         具備獨立工作能力，並具備良好的責任感

·   Minimum 3 years of work experience in the electronics manufacturing industry

·   Familiar with related machine programming and adjustment, familiar with solder paste printer, placement machine programming, adjustment and maintenance experience is preferred)

·   Good Cantonese; Fair Mandarin; Fair English is an advantage

·  Ability to work independently and have a good sense of responsibility
