| Responsibilities: | |||||||||
| - Provide telephone, remote, and on-site computer technical support. | |||||||||
| - Install, configure and maintain computer systems and related equipment. | |||||||||
| - Perform IT tasks such as network and computer administration and support, system checking, backup and report generation. | |||||||||
| - Self motivated and able to work independently and able to work under pressure. | |||||||||
| - Outdoor work is required. | |||||||||
| Requirements: | |||||||||
| - Form 5 level; one year of experience; knowledge of computer/network/electronic information related fields. | |||||||||
| - 1-2 years working experience in IT technical support and troubleshooting. | |||||||||
| - Experience relevant working experience in IT industry in Microsoft platform (Windows Server, Windows Exchange Server). | |||||||||
| - Competent in Microsoft Office, Windows 10, and Outlook . | |||||||||
| - Self motivated and able to work independently and able to work under pressure. | |||||||||
| - Good interpersonal and communication skills with end users. | |||||||||
| - Good command of written and spoken in English and Cantonese. | |||||||||
| - Immediately available preferred. | |||||||||
| $18,000-$23,000 per month(Depending on work experience) | |||||||||

| - 1-2 年 IT 技術支援與故障排除工作經驗。 | |||||||||
| - 具備在 Microsoft 平台（Windows Server、Windows Exchange Server）的 IT 產業相關工作經驗。 | |||||||||
| - 熟練使用 Microsoft Office、Windows 10 和 Outlook 者優先考慮。 | |||||||||
| - 積極主動,能夠獨立工作,並能承受工作壓力。 | |||||||||
| - 良好的人際溝通能力。 | |||||||||
| - 良好的英語和粵語書寫和口語能力。 | |||||||||
| - 能立即到崗者優先考慮。 | |||||||||
| 月薪﹕港幣$18,000-$23,000 (視乎工作經驗) | |||||||||
