Receptionist (P24839)

Duties: 

• Serve a permanent position to a leading staff services company in Hong Kong;

• Handle reception duties including incoming call handling, visitor escort, mail and courier management;

• Provide general administrative support including data entry, filing and document validation.

 Requirements: 

• Diploma qualification with at least 1 year's working experience; Associate degree/Higher Diploma or above will be an advantage. Fresh graduates with the right work attitude may also be considered;

• Polite, friendly, pleasant interpersonal skill and greeting manner;

• Fluent Cantonese communication; above average written English;

• Familiar with MS Office and Chinese data-entry.
