Sales Manager

Job Responsibilities:

• Establish, develop, and maintain strong customer relationships, regularly meeting with clients;
• Prepare weekly and monthly sales plans and reports, forecast product sales, analyze data, and develop sales strategies;
• Manage and guide the sales team in executing sales plans and other sales-related activities, while monitoring and controlling the implementation of sales strategies;
• Develop and organize the execution of marketing plans;
• Conduct market development based on sales targets and plans, identify potential customers, and ensure market share;
• Conduct weekly site visits at designated dealers to monitor product displays, understand frontline needs, manage inventory arrangements, gather the latest market information, and organize market research and analysis;
• Analyze market and competitor conditions, seize market opportunities, and respond to market challenges;
• Coordinate with customer service and marketing departments to achieve after-sales service goals;
• Other tasks assigned by management

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or above;
• Minimum 3 years of experience in mobile-related products or the telecommunications industry preferred;
• Familiarity or strong interest in mobile products is an advantage;
• Strong communication skills in Cantonese;
• Proficiency in English or Mandarin is a plus;
• Basic MS Office and Android smartphone operation skills;
• Chinese and English typing
