Assistant Buying Manager / Senior Buyer

Job Duties:

• Responsible for managing the whole buying process, including budget planning, liaison with suppliers and brands, following up on orders, etc.

• Implementing merchandise selection and assortment

• Achieve sales, GP and inventory target

• Analyze market trend and competitors and make recommendation for improvement

• Formulate the sales forecast and OTB budget, develop buying strategy which is consistent with business strategy

• Maintain good working relationship with wholesale customers and vendors for business development.

• Prepare and follow up purchasing orders and wholesale orders.

• Stock Management processes including allocation, replenishment and consolidation

• Regularly review and track the sales performance by timely sales reports and analysis

• Handle and monitor ad hoc projects.

• Business travel is required.

Job Requirements:

• Degree/ Diploma holder in fashion or other related disciplines.

• At least 5 years solid buying and OTB calculation experiences in fashion retail industry.

• Experience in wholesales and franchise business is advantageous

• Good negotiation and communication skills with strong analytical mind.

• Strong interest and passionate towards fashion with good sense of fashion market.

• Good command in both written and spoken English & Chinese.

• High proficiency in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
