Business Development Executive

Responsibilities:

• Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer markets, monitor industry trends, conduct competitor analyses to drive business opportunities
• Assist in developing business proposals and participate in new business pitches for targeted brands and future business collaboration
• Assist in Company’s branding and media communication activities e,g, press releases, corporate marketing collaterals and website, etc.
• Support senior management on preparing business presentation materials and internal / external communications materials such as press materials related to corporate-level etc.
• Participate in operational analysis and special corporate projects
• Manage and develop the assigned product category to drive sales and meet margin target
• Keeping up with market trends, to assist products category are developed in the correct direction
• Maintain trade channels, i.e. major supermarket chains, channel sales
• Explore & create new business opportunities and channels in local market

Requirements:

• Tertiary education with 1-2 years solid experience in sales
• Creative thinking and experience in B to C as well as B to B selling in consultative approach
• A team player and potential team builder with excellent interpersonal skills and leadership
• Working knowledge in training and HR development an added advantage
• Excellent business development and presentation skills are absolutely essential
• Responsible, undoubted integrity and able to work independently under pressure
• Good command of both written & spoken English and Chinese
• A proactive and quick learner, willing to accept new challenges
