Overview:
This position reports to the CEO for data analysis and entry tasks on a part-time basis initially. The candidate must have the ability to work independently and be creative and thoughtful about data analysis and entry, how software might optimise work, and using PowerApps or other tools to support the business streamline cross-functional coordination and execution. The ultimate end in mind is to support our business get patients, users and consumers to access world-class products sooner.
Functional role: data analysis and entry (operations and IT)
This role reports to: head of sales (CEO)
Who reports to this role: none at this time, but with success a business case for enlarging the team can be developed.
Desired positioning and PSIU style: 2 PSiu: the ideal candidate is a team leader or team player, that is someone with shared vision & values, and reasonable demands but skill & fit can be developed over time. The right candidate will also have a high drive to produce, that is they have a drive to action to complete work in a structured way to accomplish the daily/weekly work and bring order out of chaos.
Accountabilities (actions and outcomes to be performed in priority order):
- Data entry of contact information eg business cards into our contact database.
- Help prepare sales staff for networking conferences with research reports, and messages on conference platform to organise meetings (usually hosted by Informa Markets).
- Understand Microsoft PowerApps and other database software to help our small business build and optimise our software stack.
- Over time: a business alignment function will develop. To help the organization streamline its cross-functional coordination and execution and to help the different functions to identify and optimize cross-functional process improvements, so the work gets done better and faster with each cycle.

Qualifications / skills / previous experience:
- Good spoken and written English language [must-have]
- Familiar with Microsoft database suite especially PowerApps [preferred]
