I.T Support Officer (Infrastructure/Network)

Job Duties:

• Provide level 1 technical support and daily maintenance services.
• Conduct IT infrastructure implementation.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Studies or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of experience in the infrastructure or network field.  Fresh graduates will also be considered for the help desk role.
• Knowledge in Windows/Linux/Open Source Operating environment.
• Good personal communication and presentation skills.
• Good command of spoken and written Chinese, Mandarin is an advantage.
• 6 months full-time contract.
