Sales & Merchandising Manager (Sweater)

Job Description:

• Establish and maintain sales relationships with major accounts/ customers.
• Identify and seek for new business opportunities
• Identify and develop proper sales proposal under best competitive pricing strategy to enhance overall profitability
• Strong experience in costing, sourcing & developing sweater
• Manage sales report & forecast, achieve business targets
• Good technical background & good communication skills with overseas manufacturing units and customer.

Job Requirement:

• Degree in Merchandising or textile-related discipline is an advantage
• At least 10-15 years related merchandising experience in SWEATER industry with factory background is a must;
• Excellent command of both written and spoken English, Chinese and Mandarin is a must;
• Good team player with strong sense of responsibility and commitment
• Well-organized with good analytical skill & strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Self-motivated, independent, proactive, responsible and able to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines
