🎯 The Mission: Architect of Content-Meets-Tech-Meets-Experience Growth

This role is about seeing client pain points and designing a unified solution that leverages the beauty of content, the precision of data, the power of SaaS, and the impact of physical events.

You will be trained to become the ultimate full-stack solution architect, responsible for:

  1. Full-Stack Utilization & Synergy: Strategically FUSE our massive Content Ecosystem (10 vertical media brands, 20M+ fans) with our proprietary Tech Stack (MediaLens, ChatBooster, EchoMaker, AIGC), and our EventVibe platform.

  2. Experiential & Digital Integration: Drive sales and adoption of our EventVibe solutions, leading the pitch and execution of complex, large-scale Event Marketing projects that seamlessly blend physical experiences with our digital content and data strategy.

  3. Aggressive Revenue Generation: Act as a central engine of new business acquisition, hunting for high-value, retained clients across new verticals, selling the power of our integrated Content + MarTech + Event value proposition.

  4. Disruptive Pitching: Develop and deliver data-backed, high-impact presentations to senior business leaders that challenge traditional spending models by showcasing how our One-Stop Solutions deliver measurable, full-funnel results.

  5. Client Growth Consultancy: Transform client pain points into actionable campaigns—from defining the target audience using MediaLens data to selecting the right Content Brands and finalizing the conversion funnel with ChatBooster or a high-impact EventVibe experience.

💡 The Non-Negotiables: What Makes You a Fit?

We prioritize raw intelligence, entrepreneurial drive, and commercial aggression over media experience.

  • Professional Background: Minimum 3+ years in a B2B sales, account management, or corporate consulting role (e.g., Financial Services, Tech/SaaS Sales, Management Consulting, Complex Service Sales).

  • Hunger & Aggression: An intense, proven drive to win, close deals, and challenge the status quo. You view every 'no' as a prelude to a 'yes.'

  • Smart & Analytical: You are a fast learner, able to quickly grasp complex concepts (AI, Content Strategy, Event Logistics, Mar-Tech) and translate them into simple, compelling commercial narratives.

  • Commercial Acumen: Proven experience in B2B sales or account leadership, with a focus on selling complex, intangible, or high-value services/products.


  • Language: Excellent command of both English and Chinese (written and verbal) is essential for regional client engagement.
