Working Hours: Monday to Friday, Office Hour

Fresh Graduates are welcome

Your activities:

  • Welcome all clients and guests and be a great first impression
  • Maintain optimal client relations, manage clients’ check-in and check-out, ad hoc requests and reservations
  • Provide services and support in accordance with clients’ preferences
  • Ensure that all customer contact is handled politely and efficiently and accurately meets the needs
  • Inspect the front and back areas and make sure all is always impeccable
  • Perform any other reasonable duties as required by the Management from time to time.

What you bring:

  • Proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese (Mandarin and Cantonese)
  • An outgoing personality, strong communication skills and great team player
  • A proactive, dynamic and enthusiastic attitude
  • Willingness to learn and develop
  • Prior experience in customer service and hospitality is a plus
