Sustainability Assistant

Responsibilities:

• Support sustainable design analysis and prepare climate analysis simulation study and technical proposal preparation.

• Support multiple internal design teams on BEAM Plus, LEED and sustainable related.

• Support sustainable design education program, BEAM Pro and LEED credential maintenance.

• Support research & development in sustainable built environment.

• Support and prepare reports on various sustainable assessments

• Represent L&O in conferences and forums and prepare summaries.

• Assist the sustainability team for ad-hoc assignments

• Carbon related education or knowledge

• Assist on Environmental Management Plan preparation

Requirements: 

• Have enthusiasm to work on green and sustainable built environment

• Self-motivation on work and promotion of sustainability

• 1-2 years’ related experience will be preferable, Fresh graduate can be considered

• Green Building related qualification, including BEAM Pro, BEAM Affiliate, LEED AP, WELL AP, etc are preferable

• Knowledge of or experience with sustainability rating systems (e.g. BEAM Plus, LEED, WELL) is a plus

• Proficient in Rhino, Grasshopper, AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, photoshop and all climatic related simulations software
