Procurement Officer (Electronic)

Responsibilities
- Collaborate with R&D engineers and Taiwan contract manufacturers to understand and fulfill material requirements
- Source electronic components and other raw materials based on quality, cost, and delivery capabilities
- Ensure procurement activities adhere to organizational policies and cross-functional collaboration
- Negotiate improved terms with suppliers to enhance supply chain efficiency
- Manage order placement, pricing negotiations, and delivery schedules
- Address delivery and quality discrepancies swiftly
- Oversee inventory management to maintain optimal stock levels
- Analyze supplier performance and manage supplier relationships
- Conduct spend analysis to identify cost reduction and process improvement opportunities
- Prepare purchasing and inventory reports for management
- Stay informed about industry trends and introduce innovative procurement solutions
We Hope You Are
- A diploma holder or above in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Logistics, Business related disciplines
- 3 years or above working experience in electronic components procurement is a must
- Good communication and presentation skills in both Chinese and English
- Strong negotiation skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Details oriented with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
