Job Summary
The IT Support (A.I.) specialist facilitates the integration and maintenance of AI/ML solutions across am730 Media Limited. This hands-on role ensures the smooth operation of staff workflow automation and the am730.com.hk content recommendation engine. The specialist acts as the primary technical point of contact for staff and vendors, supporting the CIO's data analytics strategies.
Core Responsibilities
· Staff Automation & Support: Deploy, monitor, and troubleshoot AI tools/scripts for internal staff workflows. Provide first and second-line technical support, optimizing scripts and resolving issues to minimize operational downtime.
· Website AI & Vendor Management: Serve as the technical liaison for third-party AI vendors supporting the am730.com.hk recommendation system. Oversee deployment, integration, performance testing, and assist with A/B testing data collection.
· Data Execution & Reporting: Support the data infrastructure required for training and evaluating AI models. Extract, clean, and structure data for specific ML/BI projects. Generate and maintain performance reports/dashboards detailing system effectiveness and usage for the CIO.
· Oversight: Report regularly on the operational status and adoption of all AI tools to the CIO. Maintain thorough technical documentation and support manuals.
Qualifications and Requirements
· Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Data Science, or a related technical field.
· Experience:1-2 years hands-on experience in IT support, systems administration, or a similar role involving scripting and application support.
· Technical Skills:
o Essential: Proficiency in Python and SQL for data/automation.
o Required Tools: Direct experience implementing and maintaining workflow automation tools (e.g., n8n) and managing local LLM deployments (e.g., Ollama).
o Familiarity: Understanding of IT infrastructure, application deployment principles, and ML concepts, including cloud platforms/data pipelines.
· Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving and communication skills, a proactive mindset, and a collaborative, service-oriented attitude for supporting technical and non-technical staff.
