Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Provide secretarial services and administrative support to Senior Executives
  • Serve as the primary contact for the Board of Directors, handling inquiries and providing timely information.
  • Assist in coordinating Board of Directors meetings, including invitations, travel, accommodation, and logistics.
  • Manage departmental communication, schedules, venues, meeting minutes and reports.
  • Arrange business travel and handle expense claims.
  • Support and coordinate company and departmental activities.
  • Manage office supplies, equipment, staff seating, filing, and storage arrangements.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Degree holder with formal secretarial training
  • Minimum 5 years of solid secretarial experience supporting Senior Executives and departments; experience in an MNC is preferred
  • Independent, well-organized, detail-oriented, and a good team player with a strong sense of responsibility
  • Sound communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in spoken and written English and Chinese; proficiency in Putonghua is an advantage
  • Competent in MS Office Applications
