HR Intern (Learning & Development)

Key responsibilities:

• Support regional HR in talent management, performance management and organization development
• Design leadership training layout (incl. e learning and classroom training)
• Consolidate talent data and make into visualized report
• Organize the talent events and learning activities in an engaging way

Requirements:

• Undergraduates in relevant subjects
• Passionate about data analytics
• Innovative, detail-minded and proactive with open mindset
• Competent in MS Office, Power Point and Excel applications
