About Us:

We are seeking talented individuals to take up an exciting role as a Sales Specialist. In this Full-Time position, you will be responsible for assisting clients in achieving their financial goals by providing comprehensive financial advice. If you have a passion for finance and a desire to help others succeed, we want to hear from you!

What You Will Be Doing:

• Conducting in-depth client needs analysis to understand their financial situation, goals, and risk profile.
• Researching and recommending appropriate financial products and services to meet client needs.
• Preparing detailed financial plans and proposals for clients.
• Building and maintaining long-term relationships with clients through excellent customer service.
• Staying up to date with market trends, regulations, and new financial products.
• Achieving individual and team sales targets.

What We Are Looking For:

• Minimum of 5 passes in HKCEE, including English (Syllabus B); or Level 2 or above in 5 subjects in HKDSE, including English Language, Chinese Language, and Mathematics; or equivalent qualifications.
• Fresh graduates without relevant experience are encouraged to apply.
• An existing client network in Mainland China will be an advantage.
• Cheerful demeanor and strong interpersonal skills to build long-lasting relationships with clients.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to provide personalized financial solutions.
• High passion for the financial industry and various financial vehicles.
• Entrepreneurial mindset and self-motivation to thrive in a dynamic, target-driven environment.
• Tech-savvy with advanced self-learning skills.
• Proficiency in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
