Business Data Analyst (5-Day Work)

Job Responsibilities:
 

• To coordinate the requirement consolidation, development, support and enhancement of a revenue integrity model and dashboard for Regional Heads of Cargo (RHC) and other stakeholders to understand the reasons for rate and revenue change performance. 
• To collaborate with RHCs and BDs to ensure consistency in revenue generate and provide scheduled reports to Headquarters and RHCs to monitor the revenue integrity performance.
• To utilize data analytics tools to identify pattern, trends and anomalies in cargo revenue data, and provide actionable insights to support decision-making and revenue optimization.
• To consolidate the requirement and feedback in cargo inventory protection, i.e. no-shows, late cancellations and under-tender, and the automation of identified Other Charges code.
• To review and enhance the data accuracy for the selling rate and net revenue change daily and weekly report.
• To support Business Development Managers and provide guidance on revenue integrity best practices and procedures.

Job Requirements:
 

• Bachelor degree holder with minimum 2 years of relevant work experience, preferably in the Cargo industry
• Good capabilities of data analytics and numerical capabilities with experience in business process review preferred
• Good knowledge in developing and using data analytics tools such as Qliksense, Qlikview, Tableau and PowerBI preferred
• Sound project management and presentation skills with solid experience in participating in cross-departmental work
• Hard-working, motivated, willing to learn and take on new initiatives and eager to drive changes
• Fluent in spoken and written English and Mandarin, with polished communication skills
• Good Cargo commercial, reservation, and distribution channels knowledge is a plus
