Parts & Operations Officer

Responsibilities:

• Handle order processing which includes preparing of quotations, order entry, purchasing, invoicing & price updates.
• Coordinate with suppliers and forwarders to handle inbound and outbound shipments.
• Oversee stock control, maintain stock levels, manage stock returns & prepare inventory reports.
• Conduct month-end process, update system data updating and prepare sales and order backlog reports.
• Ensure internal controls are consistently and accurately maintained in accordance with company requirements.
• Collaborate effectively with colleagues in a team environment.

Requirements:

• Degree in Supply and Logistics or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 5 years in a similar role.
• Proficiency in MS Office (including VLOOKUP, PivotTables, etc.) is essential.
• Experience with SAP is an advantage.
• Self-motivated, independent, responsible, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking.
• Proficient in written and spoken Chinese (including Chinese typing) and English; conversational Mandarin is required.
• Immediate availability is highly preferred.
