Marketing (Content Creation) Executive/Assistant | Pet O2O

Job Responsibility:

•⁠ ⁠Create original & compelling multi-media content & copywriting for our e-shop, multi social media platforms & client communications with an aim to create and maintain relationships with new & existing customers;

•⁠ ⁠Work closely with internal & external creative parties to ensure consistent brand identity is highlighted through effective presentation;

•⁠ ⁠Plan and execute both online and offline marketing activities, organize and take part in trade shows, events and workshops;

•⁠ ⁠Prepare training materials, conduct product training and make sure marketing campaigns & initiatives are well communicated to the operations team;

•⁠ ⁠Conduct market research & analysis independently to identify customer trends, competitor offerings and demographic data;

•⁠ ⁠Assist in the execution of in-house products and merchandises and their packaging, from concept to production;

•⁠ ⁠Provide administrative & clerical support to the marketing team;

Perform other marketing related projects/tasks as assigned by the supervisor;

Requirements:

•⁠ ⁠Knowledge in design tools, such as Canva & AI is a must!

•⁠ ⁠Ability to adapt in a fast-paced work environment

•⁠ ⁠Passionate, detail-minded, mature, PET LOVER!!!!!!!

•⁠ ⁠Strong interpersonal & communication skills

•⁠ ⁠Experience in copywriting & content creation is preferable

•⁠ ⁠Analytical and organizational skills with proven ability to multi-task

•⁠ ⁠Higher diploma or above, fresh graduates are welcome

•⁠ ⁠Good command of written Chinese and English is a must

•⁠ ⁠In-depth knowledge in MS Office will absolutely be an advantage

•⁠ ⁠IMMEDIATE AVAILABILITY is preferred ♡
