主要職責 Job Description 

1. 管理日常運作，包括更表編排、工作分配、餐廳維修及保養 Oversee the day to day operations of the Restaurant but not limited to proper scheduling, assigning of duties, housekeeping, repair & maintenance of restaurants. 
2. 執行及改進公司業務流程及成本控制 Execution for the process improvement to enhance business performance and cost control
3. 檢討及製訂合適方案改善餐廳服務質素 Identify areas where service can be improved and finding practical solutions
4. 積極及熱誠與客戶互動 Sociable and able to interact with customers with a strong sense of hospitality and passion

工作要求 Job Requirements

• 7年或以上餐飲服務及管理經驗, 有西餐管理經驗優先考慮 7 years or above experience in F&B / Food industry at management level, preferred having English cuisine experience.
• 中英文良好 Good command of spoken English and Chinese;
• 需合資格在香港工作 Must be eligible to work in Hong Kong
