Major Responsibilities
- Handle customer enquiries, requests and complaints via phone/ Live Chat about the credit card & loan products
- Provide coaching and training to teammates to enhance their skills and job knowledge
- Prepare performance report/ KPI measurement
- Perform regular review on routine procedures for improvement/ streamlining opportunities and recommend enhancements relating to systems/ workflows
Requirement:
- Form 5 / DSE graduate or above
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in the credit card industry
- Proficient in Chinese typing
- Proficient in both spoken & written English & Chinese
- Shift basis (morning shift and night shift) with requirement to work on Saturdays, Sundays or public holidays
