IT Deskside Support

Responsibilities:

• Provide installation, maintenance, upgrade and relocation services on desktop hardware, peripherals and applications.
• Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks.
• Maintain office IT equipment such as printers, projectors, monitors etc.
• Provide technical support on network, servers and system administrations.
• Work with equipment manufacturers and vendors to resolve technical issues.
• Provide incident support and solutions for end users.

Requirements:

• Diploma or above in Computer Science or related disciplines.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Windows.
• Basic PC/Laptop hardware troubleshooting skills.
• Experience in IT networking.
• Hardworking well organized and able to work independently under pressure.
• Good communication skills both written and oral in Chinese and English.
