BD銷售專員 BD Sales Specialist

工作職責：

• 面向本地餐飲商家，推廣和維護公司的下單進貨平台，幫助商家使用平台進行食材採購。
• 獨立完成銷售績效目標。
• 通過資料分析客戶需求，解決客戶在下單、收貨、退貨、付款等環節遇到的問題，優化客戶體驗。
• 協助商家實現線下自主下單，並跟進收款進度。

• 刻苦耐勞，執行力強。有相關實踐、創業經驗或熟悉供應鏈者優先。

Responsibilities:​​

• Promote and maintain the company's ordering platform to catering businesses, assisting them in using the platform for ingredient procurement.
• Independently achieve sales performance targets.
• Analyze customer needs through data, resolving issues encountered by customers in ordering, receipt, returns, payment, and other processes to optimize customer experience.
• Assist merchants in achieving offline self-ordering and follow up on collection progress.
