職責 ：

• 市場拓展與業務開發 ：識別新商機，開拓潛在客戶，建立長期合作夥伴關係。

• 新業務開發 ：能夠由零開始開創新業務，制定市場定位及擴展計劃。

• 銷售策略制定 ：分析市場趨勢，制定行銷計劃，以提高市場佔有率及品牌影響力。

• 客戶管理 ：維持及鞏固客戶關係，確保高水平的客戶滿意度。

• 競爭分析與業務策略調整 ：監測市場趨勢，分析競爭環境，靈活調整業務策略。

• 產品推廣與行銷 ：參與市場行銷活動，提升公司品牌曝光度。

• 跨部門協作 ：與內部團隊、供應商及合作夥伴協同工作，確保項目順利推進。

要求 ：

• 大學學歷 （市場營銷、商業管理或相關學科優先）。

• 5年以上 業務拓展或銷售經驗（任何行業不拘）， 具有從零開始開創業務的經驗者優先。

• 卓越的溝通能力 ，能有效與客戶及內部團隊交流，促成業務合作。

• 精通英文及普通話 ，能夠流暢地進行商務談判及書寫文件。

• 優秀的市場分析及業務策略規劃能力 。

• 擅長跨部門溝通及項目管理，能夠獨立處理工作 。

• 良好的數據分析技能及問題解決能力 。

• 熟悉數據分析工具（Excel、PowerPoint）及市場研究方法 。

Business Development Manager

Responsibilities :

• Market Expansion & Business Development : Identify new opportunities, acquire potential clients, and establish long-term partnerships.

• New Business Development : Ability to develop business from scratch, creating market positioning and expansion plans.

• Sales Strategy Planning : Analyze market trends and devise marketing strategies to increase market share and brand influence.

• Client Management : Maintain and strengthen relationships with key clients, ensuring high customer satisfaction.

• Competitive Analysis & Business Strategy Adjustment : Monitor industry trends, assess competition, and refine business strategies accordingly.

• Product Promotion & Marketing : Participate in branding campaigns to boost company exposure.

• Cross-functional Collaboration : Work closely with internal teams, suppliers, and partners to drive seamless project execution.

Requirements :

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in business development or sales (industry not specified), preferably with experience in developing a business from scratch.

• Outstanding communication skills , capable of effectively negotiating and collaborating with clients and internal teams.

• Fluent in English and Mandarin , with strong verbal and written business communication skills.

• Strong market analysis and business strategy development skills .

• Excellent communication and project management abilities .

• Advanced problem-solving skills and analytical expertise .

• Proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, PowerPoint) and market research methodologies .
