職位描述
Job Duties
- Responsible for routine membership administrative duties.
- Provide on spot assistance in club activities and service.
- Handle independently front desk replacement service, enquiries & customer service in a helpful manner.
- Ad hoc projects assigned.
Requirement
- Diploma Holder with at least 1 year experience in customer service industry (preferably with experience dealing with parents / children).
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and organization skills.
- Fluent in both written and spoken English and Chinese. Mandarin is advantageous.
- Responsible, honest, proactive team player with strong customer service mindset.
- Good PC skill is an advantage.
Working location
- D2 Place, Lai Chi Kok
Working schedule
- 5 days per week (Tue to Sat)
- Tue, Wed, Thu and Sat: 9am to 6pm
- Fri: 11am to 8pm
