About the role

This full-time Business Development Manager role at Profit Sail Int'l Express (H.K.) Ltd' is an excellent opportunity for an experienced sales professional to drive new business growth in the Kwai Fong Kwai Tsing District area. You will be responsible for identifying and securing new clients to contribute to the company's continued expansion and success.

What you'll be doing

• Prospecting and generating new sales leads through outreach, networking and other lead generation activities
• Meeting with potential clients to understand their needs and present Profit Sail Int'l Express (H.K.) Ltd's service offerings
• Preparing and delivering compelling sales proposals and negotiating contract terms
• Maintaining a strong pipeline of new business opportunities and tracking progress towards sales targets
• Building and maintaining positive relationships with clients to ensure high customer satisfaction and encourage repeat business
• Collaborating closely with the wider sales and operations teams to ensure seamless delivery of services
• Identifying new market trends and competitor activity to inform the company's sales and growth strategies

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, Marketing or related disciplines
• At least 5 years of business development working experience in freight forwarding industry
• Experienced in driving sales worldwide with his/her own customer base
• Team player with good skills of negotiation, leadership, organization and communication
• Willing to travel
• Fluent in English & Mandarin both verbal and written are essential
