Assistant Merchandiser

About the role

This is a full-time Assistant Merchandiser role at OFFENBACH GROUP LIMITED', based in Kwai Fong, Kwai Tsing District. As an Assistant Merchandiser, you will play a key role in the customer order, warehousing, storage & shipment arrangement, distribution team, supporting the company's operations and contributing to the overall success of the organization.

What you'll be doing

• Assist the Merchandising team in managing and organizing product full set documents & inventory
• Monitor stock levels and identify any discrepancies or issues
• Process and prepare orders for dispatch, ensuring accurate and timely fulfillment
• Liaise with suppliers and logistics providers to coordinate deliveries
• Maintain detailed records and documentation related to inventory and order management
• Support the team in implementing merchandising strategies and initiatives
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of warehousing and distribution processes

What we're looking for

• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a similar warehousing or merchandising role
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work with numerical data
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Good communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with internal and external stakeholders
• Familiarity with inventory management systems and warehouse operations
• A proactive and problem-solving mindset
• Ability to work effectively within a team and adapt to changing priorities
