Logistics Specialist

Responsibility

• Warehouse daily operation and ensure smooth stock movement.
• Proactive communicate & coordination with team members
• Multi-task handling is needed
• Handling Inbound & Outbound shipments (Pick & Pack)
• Help to solve operational logistics / inventory problems.
• Be able to identify

1. Storage location
2. Packing information
3. Products characteristics

• Work closely with CS to ensure order fulfillment
• Communication with Courier (Service Provider) to ensure the delivery fulfillment

Critical Knowledge:

• Diploma or above
• More than 3 years of solid working experience on warehouse operations

Critical Skills:

• Good command in Cantonese, Mandarin and English
• SAP system
• Strong in problem Identification, solution skill and analytical skills:

Critical Experience:

• Able to work under pressure & ability to work independently and handle multiple projects
• Comfort in a team environment
• Computer knowledge in MS Office Excel & Word
