What You’ll Do

We’re seeking a data-driven Digital Marketing Manager to own and execute our performance marketing strategy. You will be the in-house expert responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive digital media strategies across platforms like Meta and Google Ads to drive scalable growth for our core business and new ventures.


Your core mission will be to manage and optimize our paid campaigns and SEO for maximum ROI, making data-driven decisions to enhance effectiveness. You will collaborate closely with a designer to bring high-performing campaigns to life.


Key Responsibilities:


1. Paid Media Strategy & Management

  • Develop and implement comprehensive digital media strategies across various platforms, including Meta, Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and other relevant channels.
  • Create and curate the entire structure for ad campaigns, including campaigns, ad groups/ad sets, and keywords.
  • Manage all aspects of paid digital media campaigns, from setting budgets and monitoring daily performance to optimizing for maximum ROI and ensuring alignment with business goals.
  • Drive the continuous optimization of ad platform performance through A/B testing, audience refinement, and bid management.
  • Provide strategic direction to designers for the development of high-converting ad creatives and landing pages. (Slightly refined to emphasize strategic guidance over "creating," which is more aligned with a non-content role.)


2. Search Engine Optimisation (SEO) & Analytics

  • Perform ongoing technical and on-page SEO to improve organic search visibility and rankings.
  • Analyze digital media performance using GA4 and other analytics tools to provide actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Generate detailed performance reports for managers and stakeholders, translating complex data into clear narratives on progress and opportunities.
  • Monitor competitor activity in digital spaces to identify opportunities for differentiation and strategic advantage.


3. Collaboration & Innovation

  • Collaborate with internal teams (including a dedicated designer) to ensure ad campaigns and landing pages are visually compelling and align with business objectives.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest digital media trends, tools, and technologies to ensure our strategies remain current and competitive.
  • Proactively test new platforms, features, and campaign strategies to discover new growth channels.




You’ll Be a Good Fit If You Have/Are

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record in Google Ads and Meta Ads.
  • Expertise in managing campaigns on Microsoft Ads and a strong desire to test new platforms.
  • Strong, practical experience in Technical and On-Page SEO.
  • A high level of proficiency with Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager, and other analytics platforms.
  • A data-obsessed problem-solver who excels at analyzing numbers, spotting trends, and making quick, data-informed decisions to optimize campaigns.
  • Proven ability to manage significant monthly ad budgets and drive measurable ROI.
  • Thrive in a fast-paced environment and can manage multiple campaigns and priorities simultaneously.
  • Passionate about using data and digital channels to solve real-world challenges.
  • Experience with HubSpot or other CRM tools would be an advantage.
