Senior Marketing Executive/ Marketing Executive

Responsibilities:

• Drive website traffic, brand awareness, customer engagement, and lead generation through digital marketing channels and online platforms.
• Produce marketing materials across various channels—including websites, social media, and digital assets—in collaboration with designers.
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of marketing initiatives using key performance indicators (KPIs) and analytics tools.
• Manage event logistics such as venue booking, equipment setup, and coordination with vendors, agencies, and internal teams to ensure smooth execution.
• Explore and assess new digital marketing channels relevant to our services and market segments; proactively introduce new ideas and stay updated on market trends.
• Stay informed about industry developments, emerging technologies, and best practices to continuously improve campaign effectiveness.
• Build and maintain relationships with agencies and influencers in targeted industries and demographics.
• Plan and implement media and influencer strategies.
• Manage and execute all KOL and influencer campaigns.
• Oversee content development—from brainstorming and creation to delivery.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related discipline.
• 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing.
• 1–3 years of experience in the travel or related industries.
• Hands-on experience with marketing analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Facebook Ad Manager, CRM systems, etc. is essential.
• Fluent in Mandarin, Cantonese, and English; proficiency in Japanese or Korean is a plus.
