Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement creative marketing strategies across multiple sales channels: supermarkets, online sales platforms, B2B partnerships and retail shops.
2. Lead brand-building efforts to strengthen Bless Cold Pressed Juice’s market presence and customer engagement.
3. Manage and optimize social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, and Threads, to boost brand awareness and interaction.
4. Utilize AI tools innovatively to enhance marketing campaigns, content creation, and audience targeting.
5. Collaborate with in-house design to create visually appealing marketing materials while maintaining brand consistency.
6. Analyze market trends, customer insights, and campaign performance to refine strategies and maximize ROI.

7. Manage marketing budgets efficiently to ensure optimal resource allocation.
   

Requirements:

1. Degree holder in Marketing, Business Studies, Communications, or a related field.
2. At least 3 years of experience in marketing and promotion, ideally in F&B or FMCG sector.
3. Strong knowledge of digital marketing, social media management, and brand-building strategies.
4. Proficiency in using AI tools for marketing (e.g., content generation, analytics, or automation).
5. Experienced in managing multi-channel marketing campaigns (supermarkets, online platforms, B2B partnerships, retail shops, etc.).
6. Creative, organized, with excellent project management and communication skills.
7. Ability to collaborate effectively with in-house design and cross-functional teams.
8. Fluency in English and Cantonese; knowledge of Pontongua is a plus.

9. Those with more experience will be considered for the post of Assistant Marketing Manager.
