职位描述

Responsibilities:

  • Assist the project manager in the development of project management documents such as budget, schedule and plans.
  • Execute project management administrative and book keeping tasks
  • Meeting with different internal stakeholder to access their needs and define project requirements, acceptance criteria and project timelines
  • Assist the project manager to set up different workflow / SOP
  • Assign tasks to different stakeholder and help them understand what’s expected from them in terms of project milestones and deliverables
  • General Support for the team with admin and supply chain & Logistics
  • Perform ad hoc duties and projects assigned by Management

Requirement:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in business administration / project management or related disciplines
  • 2 years or above relevant working experiences;
  • Well-organized, detail-minded, willing to learn, able to do multitasking and work independently
  • Self-motivated, able to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, responsible and committed to meet tight deadlines. Willing to accept changing and frequent interruptions
  • Good team player to work with different teams and third parties with strong problem solving and presentation skills
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese including Mandarin
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office,
  • Knowledge of AI, Photoshop and IT will be an advantage.
