What You’ll Be Doing:

• Create engaging and persuasive bilingual (Chinese & English) content across multiple formats – including campaigns, ads, social media, websites, newsletters, videos, and internal communications.
• Work closely with designers, marketers, and business teams to align messaging with strategic goals and brand identity.
• Research industry trends, translate complex ideas into reader-friendly language, and localize content for target audiences.
• Monitor content performance using metrics, and continuously refine messaging strategies based on feedback and analytics.
• Support executive messaging, product storytelling, and brand thought leadership content as needed.

What We’re Looking For

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Chinese (Cantonese/Mandarin).

• Proven ability to write clear, concise, and creative marketing content with strong storytelling techniques.
• Experience with content marketing, social media writing, SEO content, or editorial production preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail; able to manage multiple projects independently.
• Familiar with the digital ecosystem and comfortable working cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in financial, fintech, or B2B content creation is a strong plus.
