We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Trade Sales Manager to join our team in Hong Kong. This role will be primarily responsible for managing and expanding our relationships with sales channels across Hong Kong, focusing on local pharmacies, retail shops, and export channels to Asia.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with sales channels in Hong Kong, particularly local pharmacies, retail shops, and Asian export channels.
- Drive sales growth by identifying new business opportunities and expanding our customer base within the FMCG sector.
- Coordinate with overseas suppliers to ensure a consistent and high-quality product supply.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform sales strategies and product offerings.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and logistics, to ensure the timely and effective delivery of products to customers.
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to senior management.
Qualifications:
- 2-4 years of sales experience in the FMCG industry.
- Strong understanding of Hong Kong sales channels, particularly in local pharmacies, retail shops, and export channels to Asia.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Fluency in English as a working language and Cantonese; proficiency in Mandarin is an advantage.
