Research Professor / Research Associate Professor / Research Assistant Professor, Ip Ying To Lee Yu Yee School of Humanities and Languages (Ref.: 25/48/HL/RESEARCH)

Duties:
The appointees will be responsible for various tasks relating to the Chinese culture project, which include (a) coordinating research design; (b) overseeing data collection and analysis; (c) writing academic publications and reports; (d) editing book series and academic journals; (e) teaching courses in language, culture, general education, or translation technology; and (f) performing other duties as assigned.


Appointment Criteria:
Applicants should have (a) a doctoral degree in the humanities, computer science, or other related fields; (b) strong background in research; (c) ability to work independently; (d) proficiency in writing in English and Chinese; (e) proficiency in communication and presentation skills; and (f) ability to teach language, culture, general education, or translation technology courses.


Salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
