About the role

TUNG HING PHARMACY LIMITED' is seeking a Pharmacy Supervisor to join our team in Sai Wan Ho, Eastern District. As a Pharmacy Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our pharmacy, ensuring the highest standards of customer service and pharmaceutical care. This is a full-time position, offering the opportunity to play a key role in the success and growth of our thriving business.

What you'll be doing

• Supervising and managing the pharmacy team, including pharmacists, pharmacy technicians, and assistants
• Ensuring all pharmacy procedures and processes are followed in accordance with relevant regulations and company policies
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records, including inventory, prescription logs, and patient records
• Providing expert pharmaceutical advice and guidance to customers, addressing their healthcare needs and concerns
• Collaborating with the wider healthcare team to ensure seamless patient care
• Identifying opportunities for process improvements and implementing effective solutions
• Participating in staff training and development programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of the pharmacy team

What we're looking for

• Registered Pharmacist with a minimum of 3 years' experience in a supervisory or management role within a pharmacy setting
• Excellent customer service skills and a strong commitment to patient-centric care
• Proficient in the use of pharmacy-specific software and technology
• Exceptional organisational and problem-solving abilities
• Effective communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team
• In-depth knowledge of pharmaceutical regulations, guidelines, and best practices
• Continuous professional development to stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements
