Senior Data Analyst

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented professional with strong data analysis capabilities and advanced Excel proficiency to monitor sales growth and business performance. This role will play a key part in driving data-driven decision making and strategic planning.

Responsibilities:

1.     Market Data Analysis:

• Analyze market trends, sales performance, and operational data using advanced Excel functions to identify key insights.
• Develop comprehensive data model and dashboards on key performance indicators (KPIs) to provide strategic insight and recommendation on business development, organizational growth and resource allocation.
• Oversee the annual business development budget, ensuring optimal resource allocation and cost efficiency.

2.     Strategy Support and Collaboration:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align strategies with business objectives.
• Respond to inquiries and provide data-driven recommendations to support company goals and initiatives.

3.     Inventory and Financial Management:

• Maintain accurate inventory records, ensuring operational efficiency and data integrity.
• Analyze financial data, including cost reallocation and budget tracking.

• Process financial claims and ensure proper documentation for compliance.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information System, Statistics, Data Science, Marketing or related disciplines.
• 3 years or above of experience in marketing, data analysis, or a related field.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, including VBA, Power Pivot, Advanced Formulas and data visualization tools.
• Experience in PowerBI and PowerAutomate is preferred.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret and present complex data sets.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Highly organized, with attention to detail and the ability to multitask.
