Customer Communication & Follow-up

Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and online channels regarding after-sales technical arrangements (e.g., returns, exchanges, repairs).

Document customer feedback and escalate to relevant departments (e.g., Technical, Logistics).

Track after-sales case progress, ensure timely resolution, and provide updates to customers.
Internal Coordination & Resource Management

Coordinate with warehouses and logistics teams for shipments, returns, and exchanges.
-
Liaise with Technical Department to schedule product inspections, repairs, staff training, and technical support.

Assist in resolving urgent after-sales issues (e.g., batch quality defects, parts ordering).

Support inventory management activities.

Execute tasks assigned by supervisors as required.
Job Requirement:

1-2 years of experience in project coordination.

Bachelor degree or above.
-
Good presentation and communication skills.
-
Good command in Chinese and English.
-
Proactive, detailed minded with a strong sense of responsibility and a team player.

High pressure tolerance with ability to manage multiple after-sales cases simultaneously.
-
Immediately available is preferred.
