Marketing Assistant

Responsibilities

• Manage the product lifecycle from sample development to shipment, ensuring accurate and timely execution
• Liaise with overseas customers and China suppliers on orders and inquiries
• Collaborate with design team to address technical issues and enhance product design
• Negotiate pricing and manage supplier quotations in line with company strategy
• Evaluate suppliers and support improvement and business growth initiatives

• Handle ad hoc tasks as requested

Requirements

Tertiary level education

• Minimum 2 years of merchandising experience, preferably in packaging or related
• Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and time management skills, with proficiency in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin (additional languages are a plus)
• Reliable, self-motivated, adaptable, and able to work independently under pressure to meet deadlines
• Skilled in MS Office applications
• Open to occasional travel to Mainland China and Worldwide exhibitions
• More experienced candidates may be considered for a Marketing Executive role
