Senior IT Support Officer / Asst. IT Manager

• Ongoing support IT infrastructure & System Management
• Provide user support for local and remote user
• Coordinate with user and vendors for the system development and implementation
• Provide technical support and administration for internal systems, Servers and Network equipment
• Vendor Management
• Manage Server and system in Cloud environment
• Manage and provide support for branch office
• Handle other ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma holder or above in IT related disciplines
• Minimum 3 years working experience in IT support, familiarity with PC software
• Hands-on experience in supporting Virtualisation (VMware), Microsoft network environment and Active Directory, LAN/WAN
• Experience in infrastructure design, network and system management
• Experience in Microsoft Dynamic Navision is preferred
• Experience in Microsoft Group Policy, Terminal Server and SAN storage
• Experience in network security, VPN and firewall management
• Microsoft certification and Firewall certification is preferred but not essential
• Experience in IT operation and project coordination
• Good communication skills and interpersonal skill
• Good command of spoken Cantonese, Mandarin and English
• Immediate available is highly preferred
