Ironsteel is a leading provider of high-quality safety and occupational footwear, dedicated to exceptional customer service and product excellence. We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our dynamic team as a Sales Clerk.
Key Responsibilities :
- Handle customer inquiries and assist walk-in and corporate customers with fitting and collection.
- Process incoming orders promptly, generating accurate invoices and documentation to ensure smooth picking and delivery.
- Provide clerical and administrative support to the team.
- Manage shoe-lacing system replacements and assist with defective product evaluations and reports.
- Perform ad-hoc assignments as required.
Qualifications :
- Completed secondary education and fluent in Chinese and English.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
- Courteous, responsible, and able to work independently.
Salary :
- HKD16,000-/and above [Depending on experience]
Working Hours :
- Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- Alternate Saturdays Off
- Sundays & Public Holidays Off

- Kwun Tong

- 提供行政及文書支援.
- 管理鞋帶更換系統,協助有缺陷產品的評估與報告.
- 執行其他臨時指派的工作.
資格要求 :
- 完成中學教育,能流利使用中文及英文溝通.
- 熟練操作 Microsoft Word 及 Excel.
- 具備良好的人際關係、溝通能力及表達技巧.
- 有禮貌、負責任,並能獨立工作.
薪資 :
- 港幣HKD16,000-/及以上 [視經驗而定]
工作時間 :
- 星期一至星期五:上午 9:00 – 下午 6:00
- 隔週星期六休假
- 星期日及公眾假期休假
