Merchandiser (Sanitary / Bathroom)

We are currently inviting talented professionals to join our Hong Kong office for the exciting role.

The Jobs

• Collaborate with buyers, customers, and vendors to negotiate prices, quantities, product design/features, and project timelines.

• Ensure vendors have a good understanding of REWE requirements, product specifications and the required quality level.

• Fulfill assigned turnover targets, perform sourcing activities and support the execution of business development plans.

• Provide professional merchandising services to buyers and headquarters in Europe.

• Provide accurate and timely information to peer groups to ensure alignment on quality requirements.

• Track order status and proactively identify and report risk of late shipment.

• Work closely with the team to ensure accurate and timely recording of orders in the systems.
   

Requirements 

• Degree holder in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management or equivalent.

• At least 3 years of relevant experience, preferable in European buying offices.

• Familiar with European market and quality standards and requirements, preferable on drinking water contact items.

• Good communication skill, with the ability to work effectively as part of the team in a cross-cultural environment.

• Solution-oriented, attention to details, and always striving for customer success and excellent service.

• Mature personality with a high level of independence and integrity.

• Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese (including Mandarin).

• Proficient in MS Office applications (e.g. Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook).

• Flexible with business trips.
