Job Description
Responsibilities:

Provide deskside support to end-users, including troubleshooting and resolving basic hardware and software issues.

Assist in installing, configuring, and upgrading computer hardware and software.

Assist in setting up and maintaining computer peripherals, such as printers, scanners, and other office equipment.

Aid users with basic network connectivity and assist in troubleshooting network-related problems.

Support in performing system upgrades and patches.
Requirements:
-
Computer desktop & laptop technology, Windows 10,11, Microsoft Office 365
-
IT helpdesk experience is an advantage
-
Good communication in Cantonese and English
-
Certificate like CCNA holder will be an advantage
