Finance Manager

Job Descriptions:

• Direct report to the Finance Director of the Group

• Supervise the finance team in daily operations

• Solid experience in consolidation, planning and analysis

• Assist in the preparation of interim / annual reports as well as announcements and circulars if required

• Assist company secretarial services to the Group

• Handle the ad-hoc projects assigned from time to time

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Finance or Accounting, qualified CPA

• Associate member of HKICS / ICSA will be an advantage

• At least 3 years’ experience in financial reporting, especially in listed companies.  Previous audit experience will be an advantage

• Familiar with HKFRSs or IASs, Hong Kong listing rules and Hong Kong tax rules and regulations

• Energetic, strong organizational and time management skills as well as able to work under pressure

• Strong Microsoft Office application and Chinese word processing

• Good command of both written and spoken in English and Chinese
